Fletchers Creek South is a neighborhood located just west of downtown Brampton. The area is shaped by a railway line to the south and a green ravine corridor to the east. It is a fairly new neighborhood with most homes having been built in the early 2000s.

The neighborhood is rich in arts and culture, with Brampton encouraging celebrations that honor all ethnicities and backgrounds. Parks and Recreation
Fletcher’s Creek South is home to several parks, including Whitewash Parkette, Native Landing Parkette, Homestead Park, and Picard Park. Homestead Park is the largest green space in the area, featuring basketball courts, sports fields, a playground, and a trail. Heart Lake Conservation Area is just north of the neighborhood and offers well-preserved nature trails, a splash pad, and zip line activities for kids.
The neighborhood is well served by public transit along the main arterial roadways, making it convenient for commuters. The Susan Fennell Sportsplex is a popular spot for youth, offering a range of recreational amenities including a leisure pool, gymnasium, and four ice rinks.
